Fentanyl has become one of the most pressing issues to affect this generation. Due to the level of lethality, deception, and access through technology, it has quickly become the #1 killer of people under 25. Placer County sprang into action by creating a multi-jurisdictional agency campaign, 1 Pill Can Kill Placer, to help educate and empower communities to fight the fentanyl crisis. This pledge is a continuation of these efforts. To raise awareness around the newly launched Song for Charlie educational portal while also encouraging residents, community members, parents and students to utilize the portal to continue the conversation around the fentanyl crisis.
